Statement of Beliefs

We profess that the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob is the Creator of all things seen and unseen and therefore Supreme Ruler over all things seen and unseen.

We believe God’s only Son, Jesus Christ to be the focus of all Scripture, to the extent that the people and events found within the Scripture were orchestrated and recorded with the primary purpose of bringing in Christ and bringing the world to the knowledge of Christ.  From Genesis to Revelation we believe the Bible to be about the Old Covenant people (the body of Adam) that would teach of and eventually bring forth Christ, the last Adam and end goal, as the mediator of the New Covenant.  We believe that the Bible is the Holy Spirit inspired record of God’s fulfilled work of redemption by means of Christ's virgin birth, crucifixion, burial, resurrection, and return in judgment of the old covenant world to render salvation to the faithful and cast out those within that world who rejected their entire purpose for having been chosen—the promised Messiah.

Through the events recorded in the Law and Prophets given to God’s old covenant people, God clearly communicated that all people sin and fall short of the glory of God and are therefore in need of a Savior; however, it also clearly teaches that God promised to send His only Son to earth to be given as a perfect, sinless, blood sacrifice on behalf of the faithful in order to pay the price of their sin and redeem those willing to accept His Son.  Scripture affirms and we profess that Jesus of Nazareth was God’s Son sent to earth from heaven in fulfillment of that promise.

We believe this invitation for salvation was then and is still today open to everyone willing to accept it, and that all who have chosen to accept that invitation throughout all time make up one corporate new covenant body of which Christ is the head.  We believe salvation to be a gift from God, given by grace, through faith, and that the blood of Jesus Christ, shed 2000 years ago, is sufficient to save all who believe on Christ for the forgiveness of their sin throughout all of time.

Prior to bringing in the Messiah for salvation, God created an old covenant world through which He would first teach of the need for a savior, record the promise of the Savior as well as the plan to execute that promise, document the progress of fulfillment toward the end goal of the new covenant of Jesus Christ, and finally bring forth Christ to fulfill the promises within the old covenant by establishing the new covenant.  We profess that the entire Bible is covenant oriented.  We likewise profess that all prophecy recorded in the Law and Prophets given to the Hebrew people was sealed up by means of its fulfillment through Christ when it reached its own end goal, the New Covenant of Jesus Christ.

We profess that the accomplished, eternal new covenant kingdom of Jesus Christ was the end goal of all things prophesied within the Law and Prophets given to the Hebrew people.    In agreement with Christ’s words (Luke 21:22), that end goal was achieved in the year AD 70 as evidenced by the fall of the Jewish Temple that stood in Jerusalem and served as the epicenter of the old covenant world.  As the last Adam, Christ judged that covenant world, bringing it to its eternal end.  At that time, He fully established His new covenant kingdom, not of this realm, and brought the faithful throughout all of time into fellowship with the Father through the new eternal covenant of Himself, Jesus Christ.

Today, the new covenant kingdom of Jesus Christ continues to grow as people come into the knowledge of the saving grace of Christ and answer the call to live life for Him.
